Ingredients

1. 300g carrots 
2. 250ml milk
3. 70g porridge oats
4. 70g dried sultanas or mixed peel
5. 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
6. 2 tsp sugar

Method

1. Put the carrots and milk in a blender, and blend until no bits remain.
2. Stir the porridge oats, sultanas, cinnamon and sugar.
3. Store in a large jar, so the oats can expand.
4. Chill in fridge for 8 hours.
5. Serve chilled.
